Squash Bites

Zucchini squash

Hummus

Pumpkin and sunflower seeds

Fennel seeds

Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste

Cut zucchini squash into 1/4″ slices. Spread hummus on slices and top with pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Add fennel seeds and crushed red pepper to taste.
