Carriage House

The carriage house has been transformed into a urban loft where modern meets rustic, with a touch of glam. The color palette consists of monochromatic shades of gray, charcoal, pewter and silver, which gives the space a trendy but timeless update. The entire space underwent a whole house renovation, which includes a new kitchen and bathroom. The beautiful floors are 8-inch vintage, hand-scraped, weathered wood with a light charcoal stain. A built-in buffet was added in the dining room for more storage and cabinet space, as well as custom bookshelves in the living room. With a new built-in work center featuring a charging station, this urban loft is perfect for today’s Midtown professionals.
