Family Study

Rooms in today’s homes need to function in multiple ways. This hard-working Family Study—vital for office work, school projects, playtime, and down-time—features beautiful and eclectic furnishings that support these activities with style and comfort.

Against the wood and metallic backgrounds, reds and oranges in the soft furnishings and artwork make the space inviting. Arhaus furniture with an industrial vibe and relic-like pieces are hard wearing and family-friendly. A large-scale clock handmade by The Finisher’s Touch emphasizes the wooden textures and industrial and rustic aspects of the room.  At one end, a glass-topped desk with an interesting base opens up the space to show the colorful rug and seating. The “relic” looks like a small chest when closed, but is actually a desk and chair when opened.
