Find your most-obnoxious festive sweater and hit up Tower Tavern to support Operation Breakthrough in its mission to aid children living in poverty in KC’s urban core.

Dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the city’s great jazz heritage.

ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES

Happy Bottoms: Goal is to provide diapers to low-income families through donations, both financial and in-kind while raising awareness of the need for diapers. Have a little fun and host a diaper drive!

The Humane Society of Greater Kansas City: Save or improve the life of an area animal. Consider adoption as the perfect gift for the family for the holidays!

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City: Big Brothers Big Sisters is not your typical organization. They help children realize their potential and build their futures.

Project Warmth KC: Project Warmth is an initiative to collect new and gently used coats and blankets as well as cash donations to help people in need during extremely cold weather.

United Way of Greater KC: United Way’s work is focused on the building blocks for a good life: education, income and health.

Variety the Children’s Charity of Greater Kansas City: Variety Children’s Charity of Greater Kansas City provides children with developmental disabilities the adaptive equipment and opportunities they need for activity and inclusion.

Harvesters: Harvesters provides food and related household products to more than 620 not-for-profit agencies including emergency food pantries, community kitchens, homeless shelters, children’s homes and others.
