Serves three to four
- 12-inch pizza crust
- 1 c. taco pizza sauce or salsa
- 3 oz. taco meat or chorizo
- 3 oz. onions, chopped
- 4 oz. shredded mozzarella
- 3 oz. black olives
- 3 oz. roasted corn
- 3 oz. chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 oz. cheddar cheese
- 3 oz. diced Roma tomatoes
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. If you’re using a pizza stone, preheat the pizza stone. Evenly spread the sauce over the surface of the pizza crust. In order, top the sauced pizza crust with the next five ingredients.
Bake the pizza in the 425-degree oven for 12-16 minutes or until baked and browned as desired. Remove the pizza from the oven and top the baked pizza with the next three ingredients in order.
Cut into eight slices and serve with sides of sour cream, guacamole or jalapenos.
